I am if the view that the Constitution should be a living document as it is intended to evolve, like the country too is on the verge of evolving. The main ideology that is at work here is that the framework of the Constitution is quite old. The world where we live in today is quite different to the times when the provisions of the Constitution that were crafted during that period of time. On top of that, the most important reason for this is that the commonplace that we have today wasn’t even imaginable during that period of time.
